22nd November 2015: A representative from Ghanalinx Foundation was in Accra, Ghana to support Casa Foundation Book Drive at Achimota School. The 5oo books were presented by Gabe Odartei (from Ghanalinx Foundation), on behalf of Casa Foundation to Achimota College, Accra Ghana. The book donation event in Ghana featured a selection of books on Medical sciences, Literature and Mathematics. The Vice Principal of Achimota College welcomed Casa Foundation officials to Accra and received the books on behalf of the College.

Achimota School (formerly Prince of Wales College, now nicknamed Motown), is a co-educational boarding school located at Achimota in AccraGreater Accra, Ghana. The school was founded in 1924 by Sir Frederick Gordon Guggisberg, Dr. James Emman Kwegyir Aggrey and Rev. Alexander (Alec) Garden Fraser. It was formally opened in 1927 by Sir Frederick, then Governor of the British Gold Coast colony.

The school has educated many African leaders, including Kwame NkrumahEdward Akufo-AddoJerry John Rawlings, and John Evans Atta Mills all of whom are former Heads of State of Ghana. The current President of GhanaJohn Dramani Mahama, is also an alumnus of Achimota School. Former Prime Minister of Ghana Dr. Kofi Abrefa Busia taught at Achimota. Also included in its list of African heads of state are Zimbabwe president Robert Mugabe and Sir Dawda Jawara, first head of state of The Gambia.
